Popular Music Executive, Ubi Franklin has taken to his official social media account to respond to allegations of using Davido’s name to scam upcoming artistes at will.
Recall that VeryDarkMan (VDM) in a recent post on social media accused Ubi Franklin of defrauding an upcoming artiste who reached out to him (Ubi) to help him get a good feature for his music.
According to VDM, Ubi Franklin asked the upcoming artiste and his manager together to send him an amount of N2 million to show their seriousness and also further asked them to send another N5 million so he could speak to Davido on their behalf to do the feature with the upcoming artist by charging a low price.

While reacting to the claims made by VeryDarkMan in a post on Instagram, Ubi Franklin in a now-deleted Instagram story on Thursday insinuated that he is not bothered about the claim.
“I ain’t tripping; it’s going to be a good year,” he wrote.
