Popular Nigerian musician, Temilade Openiyi better known as Tems has been nominated for an MTV Video Music Award.
This is following her collaboration with American Rapper, Future on his hit single ‘Wait For U’ which got nominated in the Best Hip Hop Video category.

This also follows her appearance as a songwriter on Beyoncé‘s ‘Renaissance’ album and delivery of a soundtrack in Marvel’s ‘Black Panther: Wakanda Forever’ movie.
The 2022 MTV awards ceremony will be held on Sunday 28th August at New Jersey’s Prudential Center, Newark.
