Singer Temmie Ovwasa shades ex-label boss Olamide over unpalatable experience she was exposed to

Nigeria’s openly gay musician Temmie Ovwasa has taken a swipe at he ex-label boss, Olamide aka ‘Badoo’ over the unpalatable experience she was exposed to while still signed onto YBNL (Yahoo Boy No Laptop).

The controversial musician who has successfully waxed what could be described as Nigeria’s first queer album opened up on her experience during a question and answer session on Instagram.

According to her, Olamide brought her from Ilorin to Lagos at the age of 18, allegedly rejected every show and offer she got, and also stopped her from releasing music.

When asked if she’ll consider waxing a song with Olamide in the near future, Temmie Ovwasa replied saying she doesn’t want to be associated with men who hurt others while carefully curating their public presence to reflect values they don’t uphold.

She further claimed during the Q&A session that Olamide “f*cked her mind up” and tried to compensate her, but she allowed it all slide because she doesn’t enjoy talking to his minions or being associated with them.
