Popular British singer Ed Sheeran has reportedly called off his Las Vegas music concert at the last minute due to health and safety issues at the Allegiant Stadium.

The musician displeased thousands of his fans when he abruptly canceled the concert on Saturday just hours before he was due to take to the stage over concerns the floor would collapse.

Ed Sheeran in a post on his Instagram page explained to his fans why he decided to cancel the concert saying ‘‘it can be life threatening to continue the concert.’’
