Popular Russian supermodel Irina Shayk has been accused of supporting her country’s despotic leader Vladimir Putin’s ongoing war against Ukraine.
The model is being accused of ‘using his Z symbol’ in an Instagram post…which vanishes after Ukrainian anger
She wrote ‘Russianzz’ on a picture of a salad – interpreted by some as a reference to Russia’s Z war symbol.
Ukrainian journalist Maria Romanenko called for sponsors to reconsider working with her over the post.

She posted on Twitter: ‘Irina Shayk—world-famous model from Russia who’s recently worked for @Beyonce, Jean Paul Gaultier, @Burberry, &others—posted a weird cryptic story on Instagram with the word ‘Russianzz’.
‘I really hope these brands reconsider working with her when Russia uses Z to kill Ukrainians.’
Supermodel had previously posed with a book showing Vladimir Putin’s image.
The accusations comes a day after Putin ‘s forces fired missiles at Vinnytsia city centre yesterday.
