The lawyer representing Jane Doe, the lady who accused American R&B singer, Chris Brown of alleged rape and sued the singer for $20 million has withdrawn from the case.

A report by TMZ revealed that the attorney representing Jane Doe identified as Ariel Mitchell confirmed that the woman (accuser) did send those messages to Brown.

Mitchel also told the news outlet that she was dropping from the case since the woman never informed her about the messages.

The leaked voice notes and texts have painted a different picture of events and in an audio message sent on August 23, 2021, months after the alleged rape, the woman said she wanted to “f**k with you again.”

“Well, you’re giving me mixed signals. You’re like reading my messages and stuff and you haven’t blocked me yet so I’m guessing you don’t hate me,” she said in the audio clip.

“I just wanna see you again, I mean, you just answered the phone and then you just hung up. Like, just let me know. Like, if you want me to leave you alone I definitely will, but I really just want to f**k with you again.”
