The producers of the ‘Devil in The White City’ have been thrown into disarray after Hollywood star Keanu Reeves dropped out of the filming for the Hulu series drama.
Recall that Hulu officially ordered ‘Devil in the White City’ in early August, with Reeves officially closing a deal to star in the series that would have marked his largest TV commitment to date.
However, the producers of the series are now frantically searching for a replacement to lead the drama, which has been in various stages of development for more than a decade.

The Martin Scorsese and Leonardo DiCaprio’s project is based on Erik Larson’s novel, Devil revolves around Daniel H. Burnham (the role formerly to have been played by Reeves).
Leonardo DiCaprio and his Appian Way partner, Jennifer Davisson, are executive producers of the series alongside Martin Scorsese.
