The goal is to assist them in creating content that may be consumed throughout the continent as well as locally. On 26 and 27 May, there will be Hybrid Business Talks where business and thought leaders across various fields will share their experiences with and impart knowledge on attendees. MTV Base and The Gauteng Film Commission will also hold movie screenings that will include two local movies and documentaries to support local content producers. On 28 May, we will see African stars take the stage at this Pan-African Celebration.

“We are happy for the opportunity to leverage our partnership relationships to commemorate this year’s Africa Day through a series of on-the-ground activities after two years of virtual concerts,” Monde Twala, Senior Vice President and General Manager at Paramount Africa, said. “We’re looking forward to an exciting music festival that would see amazing talents across the continent grace the stage as we bring people together to celebrate the uniqueness and culture of our continent.”
