Rising Nollywood actress Ngozi Chiemeke was shot dead by unknown gunmen at Boji boji Owa in Ika North East Local Council of Delta State.
According to reports, the actress was killed on Wednesday at her Point Of Sale (POS) shop along Deeper Life Road, in the Boji boji Owa area of Agbor. Eyewitness accounts state that the shots were heard from that area but by the time residents could converge, the gunmen had escaped.

The entire community amid the confusion mourned the passing of the actress. It was also gathered that the corpse has been deposited in the mortuary.
The State Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), DSP Bright Edafe, confirmed the killing of the actress and assured the people that the perpetrators would be brought to book.
