Nollywood actress, Chinedu Bernard, popularly known as Choco has been declared dead after she slumped while cleaning the Chapel of St. Leo the Great Catholic Church in Enugu state.
According to several reports, the actress hit the deck and was rushed to the East Side Hospital by the priest, Reverend Father Uchendu Chukwuma and some parishioners where she was later confirmed dead.

Choco has featured in many Nollywood movies including but not limited to; ‘The Big Mama’s Stick’, ‘Money fever’, ‘The Mad’, ‘The Last Manhood’, ‘Mad Love etc’.
