A former aide to ex-President Goodluck Jonathan, Reno Omokri, has taken a swipe at the Federal Government of Nigeria led by President Muhammadu Buhari over the new foreign loan request to the senate.
The self-acclaimed preacher who reacted to the President’s recent letter to the Nigerian Senate, seeking approval for $4 billion and €710 million external loans said that Buhari has ‘bambiala mentality’.

In the post on IG, Omokri was miffed that the request is coming at a time when the Naira is exchanging at N550 to a dollar and also asked what Buhari is doing with the loans, and further answered by claiming the loans are being used to finance “useless things”.
