Popular Nigerian musician, Naira Marley has been warned not to raise the suspicion of men of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) after he promised to donate the sum of N1 billion for the forthcoming 2023 general elections.
Twitter user, Daniel Regha sounded the warning to Naira Marley and also used the medium to remind the ‘Soapy’ crooner that he is still under investigation by the EFCC.
“I wanna donate 1 billion naira for 2023 but what party are we voting for?” Naira Marley asked Nigerians.

In his reaction to the above post by the controversial musician, Daniel Regha said that Naira Marley is not wealthy enough to have 1 billion Naira to donate for the 2023 election.
“The 2023 elections isn’t a joke, Nigerians are fighting for their lives right now, so don’t chase clout,” Daniel Regha wrote in reply to Naira Marley.
