Popular Hollywood actor Kevin Costner has stated that he does not know for a fact if his estranged ex-wife Christine Baumgartner had extramarital affairs while they were still together.
Kevin Costner who made the remarks through his lawyers in the heat of their ongoing divorce saga said that he ‘does not know for a fact if his estranged wife Christine engaged in any “extramarital romantic relationships” before they separated and, if so, whether she spent any of his money or charged any expenses in furtherance of her affair(s) on credit cards which he paid.”
The talented actor’s legal team also stated that Christine’s request for further documentation to prove Costner’s finances is ‘not relevant to the subject matter’ because ‘there is no community property’ between the former couple in regards to their separation.

The star’s attorneys stated, ‘'[Kevin] has no responsive documents for “extramarital romantic relationships” in which he engaged because he engaged in none.”
This comes after the 49-year-old mother of three in legal docs filed in California Superior Court Monday said that the Academy Award-winning actor has withheld documents in their ongoing divorce case.
The report was made known by the People on Wednesday after reviewing legal documents filed by Baumgartner who has been asking for docs detailing ‘his future endeavors and anticipated income’ in projects such as his forthcoming film series Horizon.
