Popular Kannywood actress Sadiya Haruna has been slammed with a six-month jail term without an option of fine for defaming her ex-boyfriend and singer Isa. A. Isah.
The talented thespian was slammed with the jail term by a magistrate’s court sitting at Mallam Aminu Kano International Airport in Kano after she was sued to court by her ex-lover.
The court, presided over by Justice Muntari Garba Dandago, sentenced the actress to 6 months in prison.
Isa A. Isa charged the actress to court after a viral video where she was seen calling her former boyfriend a “homos3xual, bastard, and an unrepentant womaniser”.
In the video, Sadiya also claimed that the actor demanded anal s3x from her and she shared videos of him all over social media as she continued with the accusations.
The accused however, denied the allegations made by Sadiya and thereafter dragged her before the Mallam Aminu Kano International Airport in Kano where she has now been slammed with a six-month jail sentence after the court ruling.
