The Nigeria Police Force (NPF) has confirmed that eight domestic staff members of popular singer Davido have been brought in following the drowning of Ifeanyi, the singer’s son.
The development was confirmed by the spokesperson of the Lagos state police command, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, after news broke that Davido ordered the arrest of those who were in his Banana Island home when the incident happened.

Hundeyin who confirmed the arrest of Davido’s domestic staff to LIB added that those found not culpable in the unfortunate incident will be released while those found culpable will remain with the police for further investigation on the matter.
”They were brought in for questioning, not arrested. Anybody found not culpable will be released immediately while those found culpable will remain with us to further our investigation,” he said
