The winner of the 2022 edition of the Big Brother Naija (BBN) reality TV show, ‘Level Up’ edition, Josephine Ijeoma Otabor aka Phyna has disclosed that she auditioned five times for the show before she was finally selected as a housemate.
The reality TV star who emerged as the winner of the Season 7 edition of BBNaija made the admission on the latest episode of MTV Base Sparks hosted by Whitemoney, who also emerged as the winner of the Season 6 edition.
During the Q&A session, Whitemoney noted that some of Phyna’s tactics were derived from him, “I heard that you kind of used my script in the Big Brother House. There is a certain aspect of me that you inherited and used to spice up your own game. And it worked for you”.

Phyna then responded saying, “This is the P Yeah, I’ve been auditioning for Big Brother for about five years. so four years before the fifth last year”.
“So the thing is, any year they don’t pick me, I don’t watch Big Brother, I don’t want to know anything going on“, she explained while denying the ‘copying’ allegations.
