The lawyers representing former Aviation Minister, Femi Fani-Kayode have responded to claims made by his ex-wife Precious Chikwendu whoc cliamed that her former husband is stopping her from seeing their children despite a persisting court order.
Recall that Precious Chikwendu shared a copy of a letter that her lawyers wrote to FFK asking him to obey court order for her to see their children.
She also informed in the post that the letter has been sent to Fani-Kayode at least three times this festive period.
The mother of four children added that she might not be able to see her kids again until the court sits again on the 19th January to decide and determine custody.
In a reply to the claims made by Precious Chikwendu, the lawyers representing FFK noted that they asked Precious’ lawyer to give them more time to confer with their client on her proposition on December 14, and also accused her of trying to incite the public against FFK with the claim she made on December 16.
She was also accused of misrepresenting the court order, they maintained that she is at liberty to see her children and it has always been so.
