A Manhattan criminal court has ordered Taylor Swift’s stalker, David Crowe, to a mental facility after finding the suspect who is a Seattle law student unfit to stand trial.

The order was issued in an adjournment hearing on Friday by judge Robert Rosenthal who dismissed the criminal case against the 33-year-old law student.

’’David Crowe is unfit to stand trial. The criminal case is now dismissed by function of law,’ the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office told DailyMail.

Recall that David was ordered held without bail on Thursday, January 25, after he was arrested again in front of Swift’s home in Manhattan’s Tribeca neighborhood.

Prosecutors said Crowe violated a protective order issued on Wednesday mandating he stay away from Swift, 34, and her home and refrain from any communication with her.
