Self-acclaimed ‘African Giant’ Damini Ogulu better known in music circles as Burna Boy has taken to social media to react to claims that he lied sold out the iconic 02 Arena in London.
On August 28, 2021, British violinist, Diane Aidenbaum, who supported Burna Boy’s show posted a since edited caption on her Instagram page [@dianeviolin] that the Grammy-winning Nigerian superstar, performed in front of an incredible 12,000 people.
A day later, Burna Boy informed the world that he sold out the 20,000 capacity hall for his concert and also added that he sold the tickets for the concert at the prices he wanted and the way he wanted it.
The conflicting numbers provided by both parties, forced some social media users to call Burna Boy out for lying about the achievement with a US entertainer later stating that the ‘Ye’ crooner never sold out the hall and only posted the said figures that for clout.

However, Burna Boy has reacted to the claims that he lied in a post on Twitter where he appreciated the Almighty for making real-life nothing like social media.
He also used the opportunity to remind haters that he always and will forever win big.
According to Burna Boy, he might not be fortunate to win on social media, but he is super lucky when it comes to winning in real life.
He wrote thus on his Twitter page: “I stay thanking God that real life is not Twitter or Social media. I always win in Real life. Always! Remember that”.
