Backstreet Boys star Nick Carter has denied a s3xual assault allegation leveled against him by a woman who claims the occurrence happened when she was 15 years of age and at that time he was 23 years.

The alleged incident according to the lady who identifies simply as A.R, in the legal papers, took place on a yacht and in a bus in 2003 after he got her intoxicated.

In the legal papers filed on Thursday, the victim claimed that Carter had ‘instructed’ her to keep quiet about the yacht event, where he did not use any protection.

‘’The impacts of Carter’s s3xual abuse are ceaseless, causing Plaintiff severe emotional distress, physical anguish, intimacy issues, and other complex trauma,” the woman’s legal team said in the suit, in which she is asking for $15,000 in damages.

However, The Backstreet Boys band member has vehemently refuted the lawsuit which was filed in Las Vegas, saying every allegation that he s3xually assaulted the lady is false.

Carter’s attorney Dale Hayes Jr. told DailyMail.com in a statement Thursday that law enforcement ‘listened [to] and thoroughly investigated’ A.Rs allegations at the time she brought them, and told her that they ‘were meritless.’

Hayes said that ‘’repeating the same false allegations in a new legal complaint doesn’t make them any more true.”

Said the lawyer: ‘’Nick is looking forward to the evidence being presented and the truth about these malicious schemes coming to light.”
