Embattled Nollywood actor Olanrewaju Omiyinka popularly known as Baba Ijesha, has arrived at the Magistrate Court 1, Yaba, to face trial over an alleged rape.
The thespian who was nabbed in April will finally face trial today after he was accused of defiling the foster daughter of stand-up comedienne, Princess.

The development comes after actor Yomi Fabiyi hinted that he is working on a movie titled ‘Oko Iyabo’ chronicling the travails of Baba Ijesha who has been accused of molesting a 14-year-old girl.
The hint was made known in a post on Twitter last month by the actor who while reacting to the bail recently granted to Baba Ijesha said that there can never be true JUSTICE if the human rights of suspects, the complainant is violated by concerned authorities.
