ALLEGED MURDER: Chidinma Ojukwu pleads not guilty to murder of Super TV boss Uwaifo Ataga

The prime suspect in the murder case of late businessman and Super TV boss, Uwaifo Ataga, has pleaded not guilty to the murder charge filed against her by the Lagos state government.

Chidinma Ojukwu pleaded not guilty before Justice Yetunde Adesanya of the Lagos state high court sitting in Tafawa Balewa Square on Lagos Island on Tuesday, October 12, when she appeared in court.

The prime suspect (an undergraduate of the University of Lagos) and one Adedapo Quadri, who are the key suspects in the murder case, pleaded not guilty to nine count charges bordering on the offences of murder, forgery and stealing.

Recall that days after her arrest, the Nigeria Police Force established conspiracy in the murder of Super TV boss, Uwaifo Ataga, according to the Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Hakeem Odumosu.

He made the statement while the state police command paraded some criminal suspects arrested in connection with the cold murder of the late Super TV boss.
