Talented Nigerian musician Timaya has issued safety advisory to fellow Nigerians in South Africa following the win of the Super Eagles of Nigeria against their counterparts from South Africa.
The ‘Sweet Us’ crooner in a post on his X handle (formerly Twitter) urged Nigerians in South Africa to “just dey your dey,” implying that they should remain indoors to avoid potential harm or clashes that could arise following the football match.

“If you’re a Nigerian and in SA tonight pls just DEY YOUR DEY!,” he wrote.
