Nollywood actress, Etinosa Idemudia has said that it is real wickedness to take a job one knows he or she can’t deliver.
The actress stated this in a post via her Instagram story where she also said it is important for people to master the art of firing incompetent staff without prejudice or sentiment.
According to her, over familiarity spoils businesses and it is not wickedness to fire an incompetent staff.
She also advised people to be honest when taking jobs especially by asking the employer if they’re willing to train their staff on the job.

“It is important to master the art of firing incompetent staff without prejudice or sentiment. my brother, my brother” spoils businesses and firing incompetent people is not wickedness.
“Infact taking a job when you know you can’t deliver should be the real wickedness here. Before you take the job be honest if you can or cannot do the job. If you want to try.
‘‘Find out if your would be employer is willing to train you and if he or she says they can’t and are looking for qualified hands, don’t worry, move on, develop yourself. The entry level job meant for you will not pass you by.” She wrote.
