Nollywood actor Temini Egbuson has taken to his official social media account to react to allegations levelled against him by his estranged 19-year-old ex-girlfriend Lydia Balogun.
Recall that Laydia Balogun in a lengthy post on Twitter accused the actor of targeting naïve teenage girls for relationships and sleeping with “everything breathing in the city of Lagos and Abuja.”
Lydia, who also revealed in her post on Twitter that while in a relationship with Timini, she experienced things that scarred her, added that he is currently seeing an 18-year-old Babcock University student.
The actor, who took to Snapchat to break his silence over the allegations levelled against his person by Lydia, said that his relationship with her is a closed chapter in his life.
Timini said that he is a “single adult man who has dated women of different ages” and that all of them were “older than the legal consenting age”, which is 18 years old.

He added that he and Lydia dated for two years and they were both consenting adults at the time and their “families knew and approved of each other.”
Timini added that he does not “condone having relationships or courting anyone under the age of consent”.
“Lydia and I dated two years ago. We were both consenting adults at the time and our families knew and approved of each other. Our relationship did not work out because of circumstances we were both at fault for,” he wrote.
“Our relationship was a valuable one and mistakes were made on both ends. Nevertheless, I learnt from it and have moved on. I honestly would love to put that chapter of my life behind me and I wish her well,” the actor added.
He explained further that their relationship was “volatile” and didn’t work due to fault from both sides so they had to go their separate ways and he has since learned from it.
