Actor Jerry Williams denies going for rehabilitation over alleged drug abuse (Video)

Talented Nollywood actor Jerry Williams has denied going for rehabilitation over alleged drug abuse after he was supposedly suspended by the Actors’ Guild of Nigeria (AGN).

Recall that the actor’s suspension was made known in a statement issued a month ago by AGN’s National President, Emeka Rollas, MON, who stated that Jerry’s suspension is with immediate effect.

According to Rollas, the suspension of the actor became necessary because the actor cannot be allowed to associate with other performers on set to avoid ‘’endangering their lives.”

It was also reported weeks ago that Jerry Williams (who came to the limelight after starring in the movie titled ‘The Chosen King’) has checked into a rehab facility for drug addiction.

The actor has however denied accusations that he had been taken to a treatment facility over alleged drug abuse and denied claims that he had gone insane.

Jerry who affirmed that he took the decisive step of addressing the rumors directly to completely dispel them labeled reports as fake and accused bloggers of spreading lies.
