Controversial US based Nigerian journalist Kemi Olunloyo has taken to her official social media account to reveal that she is currently battling Osteoarthritis and Carpal tunnel syndrome.
Kemi who opened up in a post on Instagram urged the public to add her in their prayers as she revealed the pain is unbearable while adding that she can’t use her hands much due to pinched nerves.
She wrote thus on IG; “Keep praying for me. The pain is too much!! I’m suffering from Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. I may be back August or September. I will be checking on you once a week. Pls check on me too. I have Osteoarthritis and Carpal Tunnel. I can’t use my hands much due to pinched nerves”.
While giving an update on her health and treatment, Kemi added, “Doctors say it comes with old age and a busy hand, holding phones for years as a digital Journalist and filling prescriptions with the counting spatula for 33 yrs. Last time I had this was 199. I’m on high dose Calcium, anti-inflammatory drugs and nerve/muscle relaxants”.
