Elton John’s first auction in 21-years set to fetch him more than $10m

Well-known British singer, pianist and composer, Sir Elton John is set to stage his first auction in 21-years with industry watchers claiming that the sale will fetch him more than $1o million.

Reports say that the musician who is acclaimed by critics and musicians, particularly for his work during the 1970s will auction nine hundred items belonging to him.

The items which range from high-end photography and art to stage costumes and tableware are put up for auction in New York City on Friday, 9 February, 2024.

The Christie’s auction, named “Goodbye Peachtree Road,” will comprise eight sales in total, both live and online.
