Popular Hollywood actor Jamie Foxx has denied s3xually assaulting a woman in response to a suit filed in New York City on Wednesday against him by a plaintiff simply identified as Jane Doe.
The woman in the fresh suit alleged that the talented Oscar winning actor groped her against her will at a rooftop bar and restaurant in Manhattan in August 2015.
She claimed further that Foxx took her to a secluded corner of the Catch NYC rooftop lounge, rubbed her breasts and groped her under her pants against her will.
The lawsuit said Foxx began groping the woman and putting his hands under her clothing against her will until her friend found the two of them, interrupting the encounter, and she left.

The allegations have now been denied by a spokesperson for Foxx in a statement to DailyMail.com, who said: ‘‘The alleged incident never happened. In 2020, this individual filed a nearly identical lawsuit in Brooklyn.
‘‘That case was dismissed shortly thereafter. The claims are no more viable today than they were then.
‘‘We are confident they will be dismissed again. And once they are, Mr. Foxx intends to pursue a claim for malicious prosecution against this person and her attorneys for re-filing this frivolous action.” The statement added in part.
