Former female housemate of the 2019 Big Brother Naija (BBN) reality TV show, Tacha Akide has taken to social media to berate those who are criticising the parents of an 18-year-old girl who requested for an iPhone 8.
Recall that the internet was abuzz when the teenager shared a video of her being tongue lashed by her parents for asking for an iPhone which drew negative comments from some social media users who condemned the girl’s parents for being harsh on her.

Such comments did not go down well with Tacha who in a post on her X handle (formerly Twitter) said that anyone who has something with what the parents said to the girl needs to get himself checked.
Tacha wrote; ”Anybody that has something wrong with what the parents said! Something is legit wrong with you! For this child to record this conversation she actually knows what she’s doing.. But I know some waste men will still buy her that iPhone.”
