Popular Nollywood actress Tonto Dikeh has taken to social media to slam the General Overseer of the Citadel Global Community Church, Pastor Tunde Bakare for comments against Mohbad.
Recall that the clergyman while delivering his sermon last Sunday during service on the 24th of September faulted the late singer cum rapper for associating with evil men.
‘‘How many of you know Mohbad? The Nigerian artiste who died at 27? Mohbad. When he was drinking and smoking and associating with evil men, he did not know that the harvest would come so soon and that he would soon be cut down at the prime of youth. I am not blaming him, I am just telling you. Is Mohbad a good name?’’ He asked.
While reacting to the comments made by the clergyman, Tonto Dikeh in a post on her Instagram page called on Pastor Tunde Bakare to “preach the gospel and leave Mohbad’s name out of his sermon.”
