The Freedom Park in Lagos will come alive Saturday, September 16, 2023, with a special live performance by seven American music professionals from our Next Level program.
The music professionals are in Lagos conducting public concerts, interactive performances with local musicians, lecture demonstrations, workshops, and jam sessions with diverse audiences.
The group includes a rapper, hip hop dancer, beat-maker, beat-boxer, and an aerosol artist.
During the event, U.S. Consul General Will Stevens will deliver remarks highlighting the creative industry collaboration between the U.S. and Nigeria that is bringing the two countries closer together in music, film, fashion, arts and cultural exchanges.
