Nollywood actress Mary Remi-Njoku has taken to social media to react to reports that Hiba Abouk, the wife of PSG soccer star Achraf Hakimi may get nothing after divorce because the footballer has all his assets in his mother’s name.

The thespian in a post on her Instagram page stated that it is understandable that the Morocco senior national football team player’s assets are managed by his mother because he is still a boy and “there is no sane African mum who will let go completely of her teenage child.”

Mary Remi-Njoku also noted in her post on her Instagram page that one cannot marry a teenager and expect him to be independent of his parents.
