Controversial streethop singer Habeeb Okikiola popularly known in music circles as Portable has finally regained freedom after perfecting his bail conditions for unruly behaviour.
Portable was reportedly released from Ilaro Correctional Centre yesterday evening following the perfection of his bail conditions at the Ilaro correctional center where the judge asked that be kept until his bail conditions are fulfilled.
The musician was granted bail on Monday by the Ifo magistrate court in Ogun state, after he was arraigned on three count charges bordering on assault and theft of musical equipment.
The presiding judge granted Portable bail of N300, 000 with two sureties in like sum. The court also ruled that two sureties must have landed properties within the vicinity of the court.

Before adjourning the case to April 26, 2023, for further hearing, the court ruled that Portable should remain at the Ilaro correctional center until he perfects the condition of his bail.
In a related development, Portable has now taken to social media to urge Nigerians to try to mingle with lawyers who know the law, considering how fast he was released on bail after his detention.
