Nigerian Comedian and Actor, Real Warri Pikin, sat with Chude Jideonwo, host of #WithChude and founder of Joy, Inc., to share her attempted suicide story due to a 22 million naira debt, her acting stint in King of Boys movie part one, and the fraud allegation levelled against her.
On her seemingly hidden role in King of Boys part one, she said, “I have always wanted to do acting and entertainment. I used to follow Kemi Adetiba because I am such a fan of hers. She was the host of Maltina Dance Hall, and when I participated, I was like, ‘I’d love to do what she is doing’. Kemi was one of the first five people I followed when I joined Instagram in 2014. Later, she made a post that she wanted two of her fans, a male and a female, to do a cameo appearance. I won, and I was so happy”.
“In 2017/2018, My husband and I had financial issues, and I didn’t get the amount of help I had expected, she said while narrating her 22 million naira debt ordeal. On June 6th, 2018, a ‘big man’ had requested my presence and subtly hinted that I would need to return in the night for ‘some play’. This triggered me to buy the drugs I overdosed on, on that same day, she added.
