Benjamin Mendy’s rape trial begins today over alleged s3x attacks

The court trial involving troubled Manchester City FC and France defender Benjamin Mendy will begin today over alleged s3x attacks targeted at no fewer than seven young women.

Benjamin Mendy will go on trial today along with his co-defendant Louis Saha Matturie, 40, who has also entered not guilty pleas to all charges he faces.

The talented soccer player was alleged to have committed the offenses against the women between October 2018 and August 2021 at his home address.

The 28-year-old French international footballer had denied the eight count of rape when he appeared before the Chester Crown Court on Wednesday morning, August 10.

Mendy who is also charged with one count of s3xual assault and one count of attempted rape with all the offenses relate to seven women has already denied the seven counts of rape.
