Yul Edochie condemns judgement passed on three men in Bauchi found guilty of homos3xuality

Popular Nollywood actor Yul Edochie has condemned the judgement passed on three men who have been found guilty of engaging in homos3xuality in Bauchi State.

The three men were found guilty of homos3xuality by an Islamic sharia court in Bauchi, Nigeria, on Friday, July 1st and their sentence as ruled by a Sharia court is that they shall be stoned to death.

The verdict was announced last week by the leader of the Hisbah religious police force, Adam Dan Kafi after all three men who have a month to appeal the decision before it becomes final, gave confessions.

Reacting to the ruling in a post on social media, Yul Edochie who condemned the death sentence passed on a gay man in Bauchi said that “stoning a man to death because he’s gay is wrong”.

“Condemn him if he engages in criminal activities. Condemn him if he’s a rapist. If not, leave judgement for God,” the actor added in a post on his Instagram page.
