Popular Nollywood actress, Uche Ogbodo has reacted to accusations that she is taking sides with her fellow colleague Yul Edochie following his announcement of having a son with actress, Judy Austin who he described as his second wife.
Uche Ogbodo was said to have earlier commented on Judy’s Instagram post with: “My girl” which stirred criticisms from fans and social media users who interpreted the comment as one which supports polygamy.
Responding to the seemingly wrong interpretation, Uche Ogbodo took to her Instagram page on Sunday to clear the air saying she would never support polygamy and that she stands with May Edochie.

“NO WOMAN DESERVES TO GO THROUGH WHAT MAY AND HER CHILDREN MIGHT BE GOING THROUGH RIGHT NOW. MAY IS AN AMAZING WOMAN ,I LOVE AND RESPECT HER.”
“SO IN ACTUAL SENSE , I AM WITH MAY WITH ALL MY HEART ….. and not what the Lots of you actually think because of my comment on Judy’s Posts . I was only Catching Cruise with my Haters ! #istandwithmayedochie #periodt”. She wrote.
The actress added that she was only catching cruise with the comment on Judy’s post and would never support polygamy because of the pain it brings to all the parties involved.
