Popular Nollywood actress Tonto Dikeh has lamented the state of the Nigerian health care system.
The sultry thespian took to her Instagram page to lament the state of the health care system in Nigeria after a hospital she visited with a dying patient refused offering any treatment.

Tonto Dikeh revealed in her post on Instagram that she took a dying patient to a hospital where she was told a deposit of N1 million was needed for treatment.
She added in her post that after paying the sum of N500, 000 and a cheque for the balance, the hospital officials still refused to attend to or treat the dying patient.
