Popular Nigerian singer Iruobe Waje has taken to social media to school a lady on what feminism is truly about.
The talented musician in a post on Instagram was reacting to a user who said that she is yet to see any happy feminist. The IG user @saviourxclusive said that those who marry make their husbands’ and their own lives a living hell.

In her reply to the IG user, Waje said that feminism is not about man hating.
According to her, feminism is about respecting diverse women’s experiences, identities, knowledge and strengths and striving to empower all women to achieve their full rights.
