Faruk Umar Faruk, the 90-year-old Emir of Daura has reportedly tied the knot with his 20-year-old bride, identified as Aisha Iro Maikano.
Reports say that the pair had their wedding ceremony ast Saturday, December 12, in his palace.

The report which was confirmed by the Northern news platform, Northern Hibiscus also added that the monarch paid the sum of N1 million naira dowry to the bride, who is the daughter of a high ranking traditional title holder, Fagacin Katsina, Iro Maikano.
