Renowned Ghanaian writer, Waterz Yidana, has taken to social media to slam those hailing the decision by popular Nollywood actress Ini Edo to have her first child via surrogacy.
Recall that the actress recently opened up on welcoming a baby girl via surrogacy as she confirmed rumors making the rounds that she recently welcomed her first child.
The thespian who opened up in an interview with Stella Dimoko Korkus which was published last Friday, talked about the surrogacy process and how beautiful it feels for her to be a mother.
According to her, she chose the path to fulfil her dream of becoming a mother while also adding that a good number of her eggs are frozen in case she decides to do surrogacy again.

Waterz Yidana who was reacting to the decision made by the actress in a post on his Facebook page said that Ini Edo’s decision to avoid a baby daddy is bad for the child.
The writer said that he is not against the actress having her baby through surrogacy, however, her decision of using a random or an anonymous “donor sperm” is his problem with her.
He wrote thus on Facebook; “…who is the baby’s father? Where is he? From which family background? Is he a Ghanaian, Nigerian or a South African? What is his identity? Who is her surrogate mother? Where is she? The woman that suffered to carry her nine months in her womb!…”
