Popular Nollywood actress Ruth Kadiri has taken to social media to slam controversial journalist Kemi Olunloyo for demanding the arrest of DJ Switch for destabilising Lagos during #EndSARS protests.
Recall that Kemi Olunloyo had in a post on social media demanded that DJ Switch should be tried in a court of law for destabilising Lagos during the #EndSARS protests and jeopardizing national security.
In a post on Twitter, she said that DJ Switch and her hoodlum friends completely destroyed Lagos, and many people are unaware of how business owners were affected by the EndSARS protest in October 2020.
In her reaction to the comments made by Kemi Olunloyo while kicking off a campaign against online bullying, Ruth Kadiri encouraged her followers to name one person they know who had engaged in the practice.
According to Ruth Kadiri, who used the hashtag #saynotobullying Kemi Olunloyo bullies both adults and children.
“Everyone always looks away until the worst happens. Then we start shouting justice for. #kemiolunloyo is the number one social media bully I know, from bully children to adults, everyone sees this, fraternizes with her or looks the other way,” the actress wrote.
The actress added that “She will pick on you and make you her subject for a year. For fear of this, everyone is quiet. It is ok, not to share Dj switch’s sentiments.”
“You have right you can stand with whoever you want but constantly taunting her. calling her out is unacceptable. And I will not be a passerby who watches and is quiet. #saynoyobullying.”
