Dancer and social media influencer, Usiwo Orezimena Jane popularly known as Janemena has dared Nollywood actress Tonto Dikeh to release the alleged s3x tape between her and Prince Kpokpogri.
Recall that Tonto Dikeh in a post shared on her Instagram page weeks ago forewarned married dancer, Jane Mena, of her former boyfriend, Prince Kpokpogri’s alleged possession of her (Janemena’s) ‘old and very recent s3x tapes.’
The actress also alleged that Prince Kpokpogri is also in possession of s3x tapes of a lot of “other married women, celebrities and single girls too”.
In her reply to Tonto Dike’s claim, Janemena via a petition written and filed on her behalf by her solicitors, Rockson Igelige, of Felix, Igelige & Associates, described Tonto’s claims as damaging.
In her petition, Janemena demanded an immediate retraction of the said publications by Tonto Dikeh on her social media handles and a publication of the retraction in four national dailies in Nigeria.
She also asked that the actress tender an unreserved apology to her and pay the sum of N500, 000,000 (Five Hundred Million Naira) as exemplary damages for the malicious publications.
Her lawyer also warned that legal action will be taken against Tonto if she does not meet their demands within one month of receiving the petition.
In her reply to the petition, Tonto Dikeh insisted that there is a s3x tape and that Janemena cannot be begging her to help save her marriage and then still file a petition. She stated that she will be seeing Janemena in court.
Janemena has now fired back noting that coitus must take place for a s3x tape to be recorded, and dared Tonto to release her sex tape through a fake page or a blogger since she is saying it is illegal to do so on her page.
She also stated that she will be rolling in the mud with the actress even though she is a peaceful person.
